When I checked in, the staff were friendly enough and helped with my bags. Room service was decent, the food was good, surprised me actually.
But let me be clear, this place wasn’t inexpensive, not by any means, but it was still acceptable.

The location is conveniently close to major attractions.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The room was not ready at check-in, forcing us to wait for over two hours late at night after a long flight. When we finally entered, the room hadn't even been cleaned properly. there was hair everywhere, and we were missing towels. Additionally, the air conditioning didn't work, making the situation even more uncomfortable and frustrating.
